Associate Advisor, Business Project Management and Process Optimization
For over 30 years André has managed multiple projects involving business process optimization, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems from business case development and system selection to implementation and optimization, as well as domestic and international e-commerce strategy. He has also managed IT organizations. André met these challenges successfully through a holistic and pragmatic approach and has broad experience in the food, retail, construction, manufacturing, distribution, finance, printing, and publishing sectors.

André has an MBA from the H.E.C. in Montréal as well as a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Information Technology from the University of Sherbrooke. André is fluent in French and English. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (P.M.I.).
Camille Marcotte heads Marcotte Design Inc., as the principal and owner. She is a creative force within the industry whose ability to listen and understand a client’s needs and translate them into a design solution has made her a valued asset to many successful business owners throughout Canada. She is an active member of ARIDO (Associates of Registered Interior Designers) and IDC (Interior Designers of Canada). Camille has over 24 years of experience in commercial design, a Bachelors degree in Applied Arts and 3 years completed in Fine Arts from University of Saskatchewan.
Associate Advisor, Global Entertainment
Ronald McCarthy is a renowned landscape architect who has consulted on projects around the world. His work has included residential and commercial landscape designs and planning/design of retail projects, entertainment centers and theme parks. Ronald is known for being an innovative designer and a team leader in retail/entertainment projects from small to complex mixed-use developments. He has been sought after by retail developers in different parts of the world to bring a unique concept and feel to a project that will make it stand out from the others. Among the many projects he has undertaken include the West Edmonton Mall, CentrO Oberhausen in Oberhausen Germany, The Supermall in Jakarta, Indonesia, The World Trade Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Metrocentre in Newcastle, England and the Warner Brothers Movie World in Queensland Australia. Shahnam has been working with J.C. Williams Group since 2012 as a Senior Coordinator on various projects such as Mashhad Mall in Iran. He has 22 years of solid experience managing multiple projects at all levels. He has worked as a senior estimator on commercial projects for schools, community centers and condominium buildings in Toronto. Shahnam was also Director Manager of Sazista Inc., a consulting engineering company in Iran with more than 120 employees working on large construction projects including shopping centers and industrial structures such as Karoon III Double Arc Concrete Dam in southern Iran and water-treatment plants in Iran and Turkmenistan, etc. Shahnam earned his Civil Engineering (B.Eng) from Azad University in Tehran, Iran. Warren is a leading Business Geographics consultant and has been working with J.C. Williams Group over the past 20 years providing mapping and spatial analytics on numerous projects. Most recently, he has played an instrumental role in the development and launch of MallMix, a process for matching a mall’s tenant mix to their trade area makeup, which is a joint venture between J.C. Williams Group and Environics Analytics. His project expertise includes retail trade area analysis, demographic reporting and analysis, site analysis studies for retailers and real estate developers, spatial analysis for new retail concepts, customer profiling; and target marketing. Warren is a graduate of Laurentian University and has completed graduate studies in Urban Geography and Environmental Studies at University of Toronto and York University. He has a Masters Degree in Business GIS and Retail Spatial Analysis from the University of Leeds.

Patrick utilizes his 29 years experience in the foodservice industry as his tool box to meet his client’s needs. Patrick has over 10 years experience in front line positions including the supervision of retail outlets, three years of operations management within a multi-unit restaurant company environment and has been an independent foodservice consultant for 16 years. As the principal consultant of A DAY IN LIFE Foodservice Development since 1993, Patrick has personally managed and completed over 400 foodservice related projects. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto. In 1997, Patrick was credentialed as a professional consultant member (FCSI designate) of the Foodservice Consultants Society International. He has also earned the designation of Certified Foodservice Executive (CFE designate) from the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals.

Lior Yitzhaky has been involved in the retail industry for over 20 years in various roles at some of Canada’s largest retailers. Lior’s vast experience encompasses buying, merchandising, supply chain, inventory management, and financial planning and control. He has been involved in the management and success of a national catalog, e-commerce, as well as traditional brick and mortar retail stores. As a Certified Management Accountant with extensive experience analyzing and managing financials and inventory, Lior specializes in financial planning and inventory control, with a focus on increasing efficiency of resources. He is an expert with budgets, and helps retailers develop and use them as strategic tools that help maximize profitability. Lior is a graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce and has obtained his MBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He also holds a CMA designation (Certified Management Accountant).
