Because professionals and volunteers are often swamped with day-to-day work, urban revitalization can be a slow, frustrating process. Urban Marketing Collaborative helps clients inject speed, creativity and energy into their revitalization programs, making the job of downtown rejuvenation smoother and more successful. We work with clients to produce realistic plans, generate community and political support, and create achievable action programs. This applies to downtown revitalization, retail and business recruitment, retail education and upgrading, and special events and advertising.

Urban Marketing Collaborative takes a results-oriented marketing approach to urban revitalization projects. Through detailed studies, we identify the desires and needs of the client's market—business people, shoppers, workers, residents, and visitors—and in turn, assess the area's ability to satisfy these needs by examining market conditions.
