Lisa Hutcheson

Lisa uses her 20 years of retailing experience to support the business needs of her clients. Her diversified background includes store operations, human resources, and project management. While holding executive positions with two of Canada's largest specialty retailers, Lisa has proven to be an exemplary leader building both dynamic and successful teams. Lisa’s zest for retailing excellence has led her to focus on the development of human capital management strategy. Lisa believes that having the right people in the right job with the right talent at the right time can be a major source of competitive advantage for any company.
Coupled with her corporate roles, Lisa has worked on a variety of projects. Most recently Lisa worked on a research project with New Paradigm, a Canadian think tank, and best selling author Don Tapscott. The project was an exciting perspective on how to maintain market leadership in today’s competitive environment.
In addition to her extensive retail background, Lisa is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO). She also has earned a Certificate in Advanced Human Resources from the Rotman School of Management Executive Program and has a Certificate in Adult Education and Training.
