Maureen has an extensive background in practical retail operations and retail marketing research and consulting. During her ten-year stint with Eaton's she focused her talents on sales management, marketing research and merchandising management. Maureen heads our shop's market research activities, including the management of the National Retail Report. She is also a founding member of Urban Marketing Collaborative, the urban revitalization practice of J.C. Williams Group, and co-author of Marketing Main Street. She is a true expert on the North American consumer having studied them and their retail activity for a wide range of clients from Microsoft to the downtown organizations of small Mid-West towns.
